Equipment having various designs are offered for filtering and removal of pollutants from water. Our offered range includes the machines of German, Czech, Italian and Swedish manufacturers, for which the most important aspects are the high quality and the ease of maintenance.

The customers may chose from planar screens working with rakes, claws or that operate in stages, however, spiral screens or drum filters are offered in certain cases. The machines can be deployed in concrete shaft, in concrete channels, or can be prepared with independent steel recipient tanks.

As required, the mechanical screen can be ordered with compacting zone, washing equipment or temper heating. In the orders the material of the screen can be specified as stainless steel (1.4301) or acid resistant steel (1.4571).

The problem of using screens is for the filtering out of the screenings and other floating waste that the screen surface will become clogged after a time. The free screen surface will decrease and the water level will increase because of the clogging. The operator has to take care of frequent and adequate cleaning of the filter surface to prevent the excessive water level rise or pouring.

We recommend the screen cleaning machines for it what excellent to use for purification of surfaces of manual screens. This is a hydraulic grab machine and an upper track conveyor what you can use for all kinds size screens with any control. The conveyor carries the screenings into the placed container.

The advantage of the machine that it work with excellent efficiency, you can control according to changing demands and the filtered out screenings does not scatter because of the strong grip of the hydraulic grab.

In the manufacturing industry all producer companies face with the problem that technological and/or washing water becomes contaminated during use. The generated waste water cannot be reused in the production process, so the volume of used water means a large cost. Cleaning of the wastewater in-house or sending it to a wastewater treatment plant is also costly if there is not any local pre-treatment for it. The internal dosing drum filter equipment with the self-cleaning washing unit can be important for those companies that processing/manufacturing food or other materials. The wedge wire profile of the filter cylinder minimizes the blockage of passing pieces of material, and the self-cleaning washing unit ensures continuous cleanliness of the filter surface and thus the separation of waste water and the solids in it.

Our micro filtering equipment are offered for the filtration of treated water and processing water.
The micro filters are designed for filtering particles in the size range 20-100 µm, when the suspended material content is 30 mg/l. Various capacities are available for incoming water quantity up to 200 l/s.

Self cleaning equipment requiring no electrical power are offered in case of load shedding facilities used for separating the scum and floating debris.
The HydroClean is a filtering device using rotary brush, which utilized the hydraulic effect of water for rotating the cleaning brushes. The device can be operated in a very cost efficient way, it can be retrofitted in existing facilities too.

The HydroM.E.S.I particle separator is a special equipment having the function of handling the pollutants adhering to the suspended material.
By its use it is possible to filter suspended floating material sizes below 200 µm from the rainwater. It is a compact facility, and it has a low hydraulic loss. No external energy source is necessary for its use.

An alternative solution is available with the equipment of the German company Steinhardt, which do not require external energy, and could be used instead of the sedimentation devices capable of separating pollutant from the rainwater/waste water. All equipment are made from stainless steel (1.4301) or acid resistant steel (1.4571).
The HydroTwister utilizes the vortex coming into the facility, so it actually performs a gravitational separation. It is excellent for separating particles having various sizes with an efficiency up to 99 %.
